How to transfer folder from remote server to localhost?

I have just install Wamp2. 0h and Joomla Ver 1. 5. Can I know how am I supposed to extract my co existing website from the remote server and in which location am I supposed to put it at localhost Joomla.
My current co existing website at remote server using Joomla ver1. 0. 0.

You can copy Joomla to your localhost to any folder and after it you need to configure "configuration. php" file with the new path (path on your localhost).
