Using photoshop, can we create the template of wordpress using that software?? i just know that we can edit the template using that software.. Any tips from all of members??

there is lot of online and offline tools to create wordpress custom theme... try that .. that will be much easier ...

You could generally speaking, but you would need to slice the image into different sections. I haven' done it so I'm not 100% sure how it is done.
