 Which .net back end do you most prefer .......

Guys what do you think is the best option in VS 2005 as your back end......
I am currently working on project in which i am required to make a back end,but i am a little confused weather to choose between C# or VB ...........
Could you please help me out.....
I need to integrate it with SQL Server 2005 is well but a later stage...............

Hey Man ,

Why are you confused man the option is clear man just go for C# because it gave a proper command over the code it improve your skill man and the market gave more money for c# projects.
