@jaincool: You can use a ASPPdf component to create a PDF document from your HTML content. Search on Google for this component and you will get the site link from Google. Their site has very good manual on how to use this component with your project. I have used it many times with my projects. It works great.

Listen there is two types of Adobe Acrobat software available on the market, the first one is "Adobe Acrobat Reader" which is freely available on the internet. with this version u can only view or read a pdf file. but u CAN NOT edit or create any pdf file with this version.

The second one is "Adobe Acrobat Professional Editions" . This is fully function version of Acrobat, it is bigger in size near 400 mb, and and not freely available. You have to purchase it. With this version u can edit, create a pdf file.

Another major thing u have to remember u can not edit any pdf file. even u install the Adobe Acrobat. U have to be the proper authentication to edit or print a pdf file that depends on the creator of the pdf file. if he/she gave the freedom to edit a file then u can edit it.

If u did not have the full functional Adobe Acrobat software then there is available a substitution of this software. u can download any PDF Editor which is free available on the net. search by PDF editor u can easily find it.
