ASP.Net FTP causes controls to disappear

I am working on a site for home work in ASP.NET It works corectly on local host but when I upload it to the FTP server the controls disappear. I tried re starting the project and saving it to the FTP server rather then doing it on localhost then uploading later. This still causes the controls to disappear. It isn't my code else it would not work on localhost. I get this probelm reguardless of wether I use VS.Net 2005 or VS.Net 2008.

Whats your ISP say about this? I would guess that either they don't have ASP support or there is some server issue on their side...
