Step 2Duplicate the background layer 2 times and rename them to "layer1" and "layer2".
Layer2 should be at the top
Step 3Flip vertical "layer2"
step 4Hide layer 2
Step 5Now you'll select the road, you have to be very careful.
i used the polygonal lasso tool, it's up to you if you prefer another way to select the road .
Step 6inverse selection than make layer2 visible
Step 7press delete to delete the selection
Step 8set the blending mode of layer2 to soft light
Step 9Set the blending mode for layer1 to overlay
Step 10Now for the final touches to make your picture look more real use the burn tool on the grass and the trees and anywhere should have been wet from the rain.
