 Connecting Serial Port to java code

I am working on a project titled controlling your pc through a mobile for which i am required to copy dll and .jar files to access ports ,could you please help me out by giving me the code to do the same as i have been surfing on net for more than a couple of days but could not finding anything like this ..

Just searching through google I found this forum post

Basically, you cant do this directly as its OS specicifc - javacomm provides a native link to the serial port, and then APIs to use it.
