I had two - three hosting with godaddy.com and my experience with those was pretty good. Never had much problems
They are little expensive but I really don’t know better than this for Windows Hosting.

We are always happy to help you with programming...

Godaddy's a good domain registrar, but I couldn't pay via. Paypal directly =/

I use Dynadot, which is very good.
