Why not just get rid of all thiose startup programs which is the cause of computers to bootup slow and or shutdown..

Dont get me wrong, That tips is good that you mention , but that still will not fix more startup issue with computer taking a slow time to load, That video is good, only if you have clean up your startup files, Then with this video, you get that little extra push..

but overall all the video does provide some good tips and how to speed your boot time, and I could confirm that it works, but only after taken care of the startup files.
