Huuum, id have to say for C compiler my preference is the one provided as part of GCC. I have also recently been using PGI C compiler and have been getting good results from it - just a shame it aint free Sad

I have used C compiler and C++ compilers when I was at schools, but then never used higher versions of this, I mean C compilers

At college i used Turbo C to write and compile the code. But now i prefer using Visual Studio. I'm currently using Visual Studio 2005 but i will be moving to VS 2008 soon. Its the easiest compiler for me thumb

In Case of Compiler i would definitely stick too The GCC Compiler as i am die hard fan of linux and The GCC Compiler comes integrated in it moreover the GCC Compiler is being used in the industry is well so i am sought of preparing for that too.....................
