WYSIWYG web development tools . . ?
I work with WYSIWYG web builder.  What I do is I design user interfaces by that and add php codes in it to make the site as I need.  I take the coding to a text editor like NotePad ++ and do further development.  I'm new to web development, Someone has told me that if you create web sites using such web builders, you can not obtain w3c recommendation to your site.
