I have some questions

What computer language do hackers hack in?
What is the best computer language for someone who doesn't know any software languages to learn? (c, c#,c++ etc) I want one that I can really settle down and learn, you know? What do you suggest?

It is the binary codes generated and then compiler convert those codes into machine language.
