Well, zzee php gui is software which can run .php files by just double clicking on it. One doesnot need to go to the webserver and type php url link with the root directory . Connecting to webserver url for viewing php files is really time consuming. This software is free trial for some days so it is good for quick testing php files for a new php programmer without going to webserver php link.

sounds good tool and helpful for new programmers. Sometimes for new programmers they do not understand what URL they should use to run the local programming files. This tool will be helpful to them a lot. Thank you for posting.
