Meeting your project deadlines is critical for any Web designer. Here are 2 golden tips to newbies that can help to deliver the stuff without delay.
a) After properly understanding the project requirement, offer a deadline that is sufficient to complete the work. Do not offer blind deadlines just for the sake of proving that I maintain a fast turnaround time. Most of the clients expect a quality work rather than faster turn around time.
b) Once you have offered a deadline to your client, make sure you schedule your workflow for the specific project and try to finish it before a day or two so that even if something goes wrong you have one or 2 days reserved for it.
