What was the first language you have learned? The first for me was HTML/CSS if you want to count that.

For me the first programming language to learn was C and it was in my college days. It was in my college syllabus for the First Year. At first it was too difficult for me to understand it but as the year was ending I became quite good in it.

Yes, BBC BASIC - although there are dialects where it is called "Basic" (such as Visual Basic)
